Als ex Protriatleet, agegroupatleet en coach heeft ze de nodige inzichten verworven binnen dit thema. Sione maakt onder meer duidelijk waarom continu\u00efteit in trainingen en dus blessurevrij blijven n\u00f3g belangrijker wordt met het vorderen van de leeftijd. Voor de crosser is dat disciplinegericht trainen en voor de wegatleet is het vooral een waardevolle aanvulling op het gevarieerd trainen.
